How to Set Up a BoardCloud Meeting

A detailed explanation, is arranged by Tab in chronological order. A meeting 'tab' is a divider of meeting elements, which comprise:

  • Details - the base meeting information such as date, time and location 
  • Attendees - committees, individuals and guests
  • Agenda - structured agenda and supporting documents
  • Minutes
  • Publish - published versions of the agenda and minutes
